With years of experience as a haberdasher — earning him the moniker “The Hat Man,” Ken knows a thing or two about making a good impression. “Even if you miss someone’s birthday, go ahead and send them a handwritten note,” he urges us. “It’s the classy thing to do.” After being without secure housing 2009-2017, Ken has a place to hang his hat today.
