Shipping policy

We try our best to ship all orders within 3 business days, however we are a small company and it sometimes takes us an extra day or two to keep up with production demands. In the event of delays longer than 7 days, we will contact you with an update regarding your order. 

We receive numerous inquiries regarding the cost of shipping. We apologize, but there are no exceptions to our published rates. Carrier rates have climbed exponentially over the last few years, and we are unable to compete with the subsidized rates of many large corporations. We have negotiated small shipping discounts from both UPS and USPS but they ultimately set the rates. We encourage you to take advantage of free shipping with your order of $75 or more!

We apologize, but we cannot be held liable for incorrect shipping information - please review confirmation emails carefully. You can update shipping information until an order ships using a link in your confirmation email or on your account page. In the event that your package makes its way back to us, we are happy to re-ship your order to the correct address.

We are not responsible for carrier delays. In the event of damages in transit or missing packages, please contact us and we will do our best to help or replace damaged goods. If possible, please retain any damaged packaging and/or products in case documentation is required. 

International customers, please note that shipping rates do not include fees associated with tariffs or customs.
