Our DIY tassel kits are the best option for creating pristine, beautiful tassel garlands. We machine cut our tassels from premium grade tissue paper, for crisp edges and rich color. All you need to do is twist the loops and string them on the included twine. It takes about 30 minutes to assemble the entire garland. Product handcrafted in Portland, Oregon.

Size: Each retail-ready pack includes 16 DIY tassels, 9 feet of twine, and instructions.  Finished garland is 5 feet long x 13 inches tall
